We Need You
We are looking for Consultants to join our rapidly growing team. The Consultancy team is split into those managing existing client accounts and those seeking new business opportunities with new clients. You will quickly become an expert in consulting and selling in the field of management development and training. The calibre of our clients demands credibility from our staff – so you will need to be intelligent, highly presentable and professional. You will be heavily involved in making written proposals, presentations and having engaging conversations with our clients. You will receive expert training and coaching to help you to deliver the right level of support to our clients, afterall, that’s what we do best.
At present we will give full product training and on-going development. Our commitment to your work-life balance is backed up by 25 days holiday and your birthday off as paid leave – well, who wants to work on their birthday!
So what do you have to do?
You will have the autonomy to build a personal plan that delivers results. This will include client attraction, lead conversion and improving product penetration within the existing customer base – all in line with the needs and wants of our client. You will be comfortable using a consultative style at board level.
Am I the right person?
Yes. If you are confident, fast learning person who can manage yourself in a flexible and ever-changing environment. You must be creative enough to identify and seize opportunities, whilst working with our CRM system.

In the longer term we are looking for proven business winners who have the potential to define, build and become a senior player in our team.
