Here is a creative Challenge for you. Most existing sports have been around a long time. The Challenge is to invent a new sport. There are the following requirements:
-
Must look good on television.
-
There must be build up and anticipation (about to happen etc).
-
Suitable for mixed ages.
-
Easy to understand and follow.
-
Colourful.
Post your ideas on this blog and all entries will be sent to me to review.

How about combining the old children’s game of Red Rover with High Jumping? Two teams lined up facing each other and the object of the game is for each player on the opposing team to try to leap over the opposing line. If she/she makes it, they stay on their team, if they don’t, they are out of the game. Keep playing until one team is gone.
