Indigo deliver more global training initiatives than ever before<\/p><\/div>\n

With 2015 shaping up to be our busiest ever, in our 14 year history, we have witnessed a major upturn in the number of international workshops and projects that we\u2019ve been invited to run.<\/p>\n

Recent training projects have taken us to Saudi Arabia, Bangalore, New York, Sydney, Singapore (to name just a few) and many cities throughout Europe.<\/p>\n

But what has been behind this trend?\u00a0 We think there are a couple of fundamental reasons:<\/p>\n

1. More focused L&D teams:\u00a0<\/strong>Many of our clients have reduced their headcount within their Learning & Development departments. This has made them more focused than ever on their core purpose.\u00a0 Working with Indigo they can access our talented pool of trainers to deliver proven workshops that do exactly what they want them to do. This means that the L&D team can focus on their overall strategy and its link with organisational performance.<\/p>\n

2. Global, not regional, functions: \u00a0<\/strong>Many businesses are aligning their organisations functionally rather than regionally.\u00a0 They recognise the power of sharing market intelligence, best practice and innovation<\/a> across the world.
