Workshop Outline
We appreciate that time is precious when you're leading others, so we have split this comprehensive two-day event into two one-day workshops that can be delivered back-to-back or weeks apart. This enables us to help you limit your time away from your team, and to think, reflect and embed the learning from day one before continuing your learning on day two.
- DAY 1- The Leadership Base Camp: Module one covers the first day of this two day programme and delivers the essentials of modern leadership.
- DAY 2 - Reaching the Summit: This second Module offers a ‘deeper dive' through smaller group working, 1-1 executive coaching and psychometrics.

You can attend our public workshop as an individual or small team, or we can deliver this on an in-house basis for larger groups, or as part of a wider leadership initiative you may be delivering.

OPTION B: HOLD AN IN-HOUSE WORKSHOP: We send our A-Z Leader Team to your office to run the whole programme for a team, or as part of an existing Leadership Programme you may be running.
