TRAINER ACCREDITATION: Stakeholder Engagement (including Simulation)™
By far the most cost-effective method for guaranteeing the implementation of the Stakeholder Engagement Simulation throughout an organisation is to train your own corporate trainers. Then you can deliver the workshop to as many staff as appropriate.
The simulation brings to life the universal leadership challenge of gaining buy-in and approval across a range of interested parties with often different and conflicting interests, while also building your knowledge in the 'soft' skills of project management and testing your 'hard' project skills.

After this initial Trainer Accreditation, the trainer orders simulation licenses from Indigo.
Trainer Accreditation
Our trainer accreditations are fully licensed and delivered in conjunction with the IP holder. We've developed a simple 4-step process to ensure you get the most value out of the accreditation opportunity. Each candidate must be nominated by their organisation and approved by Indigo.
STEP 1 - Apply:
Call us on +44 (0)20 3836 8640 or get us to call you to arrange a meeting with an Accreditation Consultant. They will run through the process in detail, the criteria for success and your implementation plans.
Attend the Workshop as a Delegate - 1 day - See the workshop as any other delegate would. You hear the common questions, objections and delegate feedback first-hand. Most importantly, you get to see a Trainer in action, delivering the workshop to the highest level. Find out more about the public workshop here.
STEP 2 - Learn:
Attend the Accreditation Workshop - 2 days - Learn every aspect of the thinking model and the best ways to deliver this training, so you can maximise your delegates' effectiveness using the tools.
Optional Support: Team Teach your First Event - Many trainers want support to deliver their first workshop, we call this a 'team teach'. Your Master Trainer will be there to provide individual guidance, feedback and coaching. Your Accreditation Consultant will be able to provide more information on this option.
STEP 3 - Teach:
Upon your successful trainer accreditation, we will work with you to maximise your training opportunities and abilities. It's our role to support you, keep you up to date and ensure the highest quality delivery in all our workshops.
STEP 4 - Refresh:
You need to maintain your status as an Accredited Trainer. Your delegates need to know that they are working with the best trainers, with the most up-to-date content and using licensed materials. To ensure quality of delivery and depth, all Accredited Trainers are required to re-accredit every two years. Your Accreditation Consultant will be in touch to arrange these sessions with you.
Upon successful re-accreditation, you will be issued with an updated accreditation certificate and retain all the Accredited Trainer benefits.
In-House accreditation
Accrediting your own trainers is the most cost-effective way to offer our most popular workshops within your organisation or to your clients. You or your in-house trainers will be taught by some of Indigo’s globally recognised Master Trainers, who have been specially authorised to train these programmes to other trainers, to the highest standard.
