EVENTS & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
We are looking for an organised, methodical person who loves organisation, hates loose ends and thrives in a fast-moving training business. If you’re the person everyone relies on - the calm, detail-obsessed problem-solver - this role is for you!
- Location: Kingston upon Thames, KT1.
- Timing: Available early 2026, this role requires 3-5 days a week, depending on client needs. As such, we can offer the right candidate some flexibility to fit within school hours.
- Package: £27,000 plus pension, flexible working hours, and your birthday off as paid leave – after all, who wants to work on their birthday!
What you'll do:
- Coordinate training events: Managing the logistics: venues, consultants and materials.
- Send joining instructions and manage special delegate requests.
- Update schedules, websites, our consultants' online diaries, and work with our client relationship management software - Salesforce.com.
- Handle delivery issues and keep clients informed.
- Run monthly and annual stock checks.
- Keep the office stocked, organised and running smoothly.
What you need:
- A sharp attention to detail.
- Be a strong organiser and multitasker.
- Be a confident communicator – on email, the phone and MS Teams.
- Be comfortable with using online systems – CRM/scheduling tools.
- Be calm under pressure and thrive on variety.

SALES CONSULTANT
Established in 2001 by our Managing Director, Rob Fisher, we continue to strengthen and expand the business. We are now well-positioned to accelerate our growth. We are seeking the best sales professionals to help us achieve our goals.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kingston Upon Thames (min 4 days in the office) for a Sales Consultant at Indigo Business Services Ltd. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include acting as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored training solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Apply now.
You'll need:
- A strong interest in Sales.
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- A problem-solving mindset and a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- To be self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
