Indigo is a leading international training consultancy that helps organisations gain competitive advantage by improving their creativity, innovation, communication and project management capabilities. Our training workshops are proven to deliver exceptional results in every industry, and every sector. We now deliver workshops in over 32 countries.

Established in 2001 by our Managing Director, Rob Fisher, we continue to strengthen and expand the business. We are now in a position to accelerate our growth. We are looking for the best sales professionals to help us make it happen.

Sales Consultant

A consultative sales role; selling to existing and past clients as well as building a portfolio of prospects by working with our marketing team. You’ll need to be a problem-solver, listening and assessing the needs of the client, to promote the relevant solution that best suits their needs.

Senior Sales Consultant

This consultative sales role is crucial to the expansion of our business. You will be expected to acquire new customers and grow the opportunity with existing ones. You will do this by identifying new sales leads and opportunities within organisations, industry sectors and territories; successfully pitching and tendering our portfolio; maintaining fruitful relationships with existing key accounts; and providing reports and feedback to the senior team about what is, and isn’t working. You’ll also need to be able to mentor our other sales consultants to assist in their success.

What will you get?:

We are a friendly and hard-working bunch. We like to work in an open and consultative environment, giving us opportunities to contribute to the development of the company. We are based in Kingstond Upon Thames and can be reached by train, bus and bike.
