Through trainer accreditation, your own facilitators learn to deliver it to Indigo's global standard, whenever and wherever your organisation needs it.

Accreditation process outline
Each candidate must be nominated by their organisation and approved by Indigo. Once you've attended the Think on Your Feet® workshop as a delegate, the accreditation process follows these simple steps:
STEP 1 - Nominate your candidate trainer(s). Once approved, we'll review their training background and experience together and confirm the accreditation agreement.
STEP 2 - Learn. Attend the public workshops as a delegate, then the accreditation workshop, where you'll master the full toolkit and team teach (extra charges may apply) your first event.
STEP 3 - Teach. Start delivering Think on Your Feet® to your own people. You'll have ongoing support from Indigo and quality assurance built in, so every session meets the same standard delegates would get from us directly.
STEP 4 - Refresh. Re-accredit every two years to stay current with the latest materials and keep your facilitator standard as strong as day one.
Pricing
- Attend a public workshop, as a delegate, up to £875pp +VAT.
- Attend an accreditation workshop, from £4,745pp +VAT.
- Team teach fees (if required).
- Purchase official course materials for each delegate you train.
- Re-accredit every two years to stay current and keep delivering.

In-house workshops
Accrediting your own trainers is the most cost-effective way to offer our most popular workshops within your organisation or to your clients. You or your in-house trainers will be taught by some of Indigo’s globally recognised Master Trainers, who have been specially authorised to train these programmes to other trainers, to the highest standard.
