Virtual instructor-led training (VILT)

We have 10 years of experience delivering Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and virtual coaching globally, in multiple languages, and across various platforms.

Our VILT workshops are instructor-led, and the teaching methods are used to generate high levels of delegate engagement and participation - just as you would expect from a face-to-face, classroom-style workshop. We achieve this by blending the following learning methods and technologies into the interactive group learning sessions:

Polls.
Group and individual chat.
1-2-1 trainer coaching.
Breakout rooms.
Screen and document sharing.
Interactive whiteboards.
virtual coaching - 1-2-1 and 1-2-group (where required).

VILT workshops and coaching can be delivered to groups, teams and individuals as a part of our in-company training option. We deliver using our secure platforms (Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams) or using your own.

We also offer the VILT option for our most popular workshops for groups of individuals through our open public workshops.
