It is not so easy to kdo all the exercises seriously but it does help to structure its thoughts and understand the issues and way of getting better.

I particularly liked the approach of first discussing your presentation with just one person and then in small groups. Nice transition which helped to boost confidence, in my opinion. On the constructive side, perhaps it felt like we tried to cover too much ground in a short amount of time?

I thought it was very useful. I think it would be great to have further training though, as there wasn't time to - do a presenation, get feedback, then do it again (perhaps the following week having practised and acted on the feedback). I think that would be really useful and help improve my confidence in knowing i can implement this learning.

I initially thought that the 4 x 0.5 days was a bit of overkill, but time moved quickly and I appreciated the balance between theory and practice(or the imbalance towards practice) which really helped bed in the theory.

Amount of time spent in breakout rooms is great as it gives tons of opportunities for practice. Really impressed with Joanne's training skills. Very good delivery of the training course and great assertiveness.

I absolutely loved this course from start to finish. I am admittedly exhausted as it's so new and out of my comfort zone but it's worth it and I am really excited to see how I get on in the future using this.

Joanne does a fantastic job of communicating each plan, how to use it and why it´s important. The breakout rooms are uncomfortable at first but without them the skills wouldn't evolve like they do.

Facilitator was very knowledgeable and paced the sessions well as the content was quite a lot to take in at points. The practice in groups was especially helpful to consolidate my learning.

This is a great workshop with a nice balance of theory and practise with guidance to help learn the tools quickly. Joanne has been great! I really enjoy her facilitation style!

Great workshop! Learned a lot and eager to get it more in practice with my different stakeholders. Joanne is a great facilitator, loved her enthusiasm to deliver the training in a tangible way. For the last session, I'd would suggest to spend a little more time to practice the support plans more together with the packs, personally it confused me a little to bring them all together, so maybe some extra time might overcome this. Used technology & Cortex materials worked perfectly during the workshop even when this was with world wide participants The workshop also allowed me by doing the sessions to expand my network within Rentokil, meeting new people on this course.

I found the training useful and enjoyable, but also very tiring. It was useful in the skills I learnt and practised. It was enjoyable in the new people I met whom I didn't know in our organisation. But it was very tiring, and I wonder whether a more effective alternative format might be one full morning a week over four weeks. Really love this workshop, how it is practical and the coaching sessions are guiding us step by step until we grasp and see our improvement within short time. Joanne McKibbin led the session professionally and in a very practical way for us to learn, adopt and improve on the spot, love that she is always smiling throughout the session, thank you!

It was a very good course and my only feedback is the last session seems more rushed compared to the prior 3. This may be a time/cost pressure applied to Indigo though as the other sessions have been fantastic.

Workshop is really gr8, it helps us to think now before we start answering and structure our answers, which will definitely engage our listeners but also help us to give a clearer picture of our thoughts.

The original participation is always daunting but the approach used to engage attendees is really good. Using a combination of work / social examples is really useful to apply learning.

I am typically extremely uncomfortable with role playing, but Joanne made this workshop very comfortable and made me more open to get into a stretch zone for my own learning participation. I am confident that putting these skills in place will make me a better leader and build my confidence and executive presence. Only feedback I have is that the 4 half day sessions in 2 weeks was very hard to commit to in a very busy time of the year for our business. I would have appreciated being able to be 100% engaged in perhaps a full day session or in person workshop, rather than the spread out approach.

I think this is an amazing workshop. I would challenge the need for 4 3.5 hour sessions. I understand the need to practice and reinforce , giving a couple days between sessions but the last two days were really hard to maintain focus, especially with all the things happening day to day.

Useful and quite new ways of thinking for me and colleagues good break lengths 2 full days online is a lot of mental capacity it would be good to do a follow up check-in with the trainer and group in 6 weeks to see how we've implemented the techniques etc.

The course gave me lots of tools about how to think of ideas, though there was no focus on content so I worry I will still struggle in a work environment. The course was fun and engaging.

Excellent trainer, the workshop could likely be shorter (half a day?). The ideation tools are fine, but should not be used for everything. It will be difficult to use the process in a setting where there isn't a shared language.

Overall very good, excellent and interesting concept. It was quite intense in the afternoon with breaks not well defined. I'd have appreciated more use of workbook to support following the process in future with less guidance.

I’m not convinced I wouldn’t have come to the same conclusions without these tools. But I think they make sense and could help others greatly.

I will use the tools in small individual projects by trying to structure everything I do better. For example, using the elevator pitch tool to make sure everything I do has purpose and benefits. I will also implement the PM tools for larger, or longer, or more complex projects. The training has helped me to put a structure to my work, to understand the importance of different stakeholders, to appreciate the importance of developing and open, honest relationship with your boss/sponsor and to treat the relationship as a contract. It has also taught me to undertake risk analysis to prepare for any changes, and to also document change formally so you have evidence to refer to at a later date. brilliant ! Before programme I was thinking about doing a PM qualification using the development fund provided on grad scheme. I didn't know which direction to take - the course has demystified the different methodologies (Prince 1, Agile etc) & has made it clear what I'd find most useful to do! Cya adapted teaching to Wellcome culture (which is an oddone) which enabled us to get the most out of the course.

I'll be using the Power/ Interest Matrix Tool to identify key stakeholders as well as effectively priorities and manage stakeholders linked to the completion of the project accordingly Very well presented and structured. I personally will be recommending this training to the wider team

Trainer was very knowledgable and used real life examples to bring things to life. Materials are very detailed also will be very useful to take away. Great mix of slides discussion and practical tasks to keep interest and engagement high.

Really great training, engaging and like that it was interactive and working in new teams to accomplish tasks. My only advice would be that it would work well if it was across 4 mornings / afternoons rather than 2 full days.

Really interesting workshop, lots of tools were showed to ensure all the different aspects of a project are taken into account. A workshop dedicated on stakeholder management would also be beneficial.

I loved it was dynamic, it helped to learn by doing which it is the best way to remember. The trainer has vast experience which allow her to give interesting examples throughout the session. The challenges were fun and they pictured very well the process of project management.

Great course overall, I have been able to takeaway some actionable development points that will hopefully lead to more project success in the future. For me to score the overall programme in the 9/10s I would have liked to see more tailored examples that we see in the roles that we do.

I thought it was really helpful expecially to have it so early on in our graduate programme, It was great that the trainer engaged & gave advice on our personal projects / issues / questions throughtout the course. It was also great that it was interactive & not just being talked at.

It was really useful & helpful. I liked the Cya took time to understand our own real projects to make the concepts applicable. There were some long stretches of sitting and listening, however the diagrams in the tool kit were engaging as well as stories of examples.

Really useful - as someone who needs something tangible understanding the need for day 1, foundations would have helped me - in hindsight it is really clear 'once you know, you know'. So many useful tools have come out of this - super engaging and implement.

Very useful, understanding the theory and the need to plan - promotes and solid foundation for the part of the project. Also the plan is a great way to manage stakeholders & visualise impact of decision (or not).

Better than I was expecting! Particulary given the interactive nature of the 2 days. Good length of time - couldn't do more than 2 days! Great trainer - made you feel at ease, engaged and no question is silly!

Very interactive, kept interest high. This was well leveled with key learnings and definition. All pieces of information were linked well to real life examples, this made the learning feel more useful / real.

Fantastic information around 2 of the project management. Great tools to implement currently and in the future. Increase in methods of recording all info during project i.e. best frameworks used.

I really enjoyed it and the information was accurate and the trainer was knowledgable. I liked that it was more about consulting and helping than just lecturing.
